Temperature warning light goes on, temperature gauge in hot range, engine overheats or engine boils over	Low coolant level	Top off cooling system with 50/50 coolant mixture
	Thermostat stuck in closed position	Replace thermostat if faulty
	Radiator blockage (inside or outside)	Internal - flush radiator with Parkway Car Care Super Flush; if problem persists, see mechanic for repairs. External - Flush external surfaces with air or water.
	Broken fan belt or fan drive motor failure	Check fan belts, replace if broken, worn or slipping; Check for fan operation, replace if necessary; check for electrical failure of electric fan circuit
	Head gasket leakage	Replace head gasket
	Water pump failure	Replace water pump See mechanic if symptoms persist with any of the referenced problems
Wet spots or stains in engine, hose connections, radiator, coolant pump or ground under car	Cooling system leakage	Check cooling system for leaks and repair if necessary
	Old/worn hose	Replace old/worn hoses
	Old/worn clamps	Tighten, replace hose clamps
	Leaking gaskets	Replace leaking gaskets
	Leaking hose connections	Tighten clamp or replace hoses
	Water pump seal failure	Replace coolant pump if leaking

Heater delivers cool air	Low coolant level	Check coolant level and top off with 50/50 coolant mixture if necessary
	Thermostat stuck in open position	Check thermostat, replace if stuck in open position or opening too soon
	Heater core blockage	Flush heater core; see mechanic if symptoms persist
	Heater air doors not closing properly	See mechanic if symptoms persist
	Heater air bound	Coolant lines must be bled to remove air pockets
Engine warms up too slowly	Thermostat stuck in open position	Change thermostat
Dirty/Rusty coolant	Low coolant concentration or old coolant	We drain old coolant, clean system with Parkway Car Care Antifreeze Super Flush or Super Radiator Cleaner, flush system well and fill with fresh 50/50 coolant mixture
